About Granite Hills
Granite Hills Group brings together passionate people, strong local teams, and shared resources to deliver exceptional commercial landscape management and development across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.
We're growing with purpose while staying grounded in the relationships, accountability, and local leadership that great service requires.
Our story
In 2011, Chip Eleazer founded LandCare Innovations in Charlotte. The company was built around great people, strong customer relationships, and a belief that there was a better way to build a landscape business.
In 2020, Station Partners invested in the business and Justin Martin joined the team. Together with Chip, we saw an opportunity to build something much bigger.
We set out to build a commercial landscape company that could be better than anyone else at the things that matter most: attracting and developing great people, taking exceptional care of customers, building strong local teams, and creating opportunities for people to grow.
That vision became Granite Hills Group.
Since then, we have grown organically and through partnerships with exceptional companies and leaders who share our values. What began with a strong foundation in Charlotte has become one Granite Hills team serving customers across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.
We're proud of how far we've come.
We're far more excited about what we're building next.

Our mission
Empower passionate individuals.
Build authentic partnerships.
Create long-term value.
Our mission guides how we think about our people, our customers, our partners, and the communities we serve. We want Granite Hills to be a place where talented people can build meaningful careers, customers can build lasting relationships, and the decisions we make today create value for years to come.
Our model
Great landscape businesses are built locally.
Our market leaders know their customers, their teams, and their communities. They are empowered to make decisions close to the work and accountable for the results.
Behind every local team is the strength of Granite Hills: recruiting, training, safety, technology, equipment, capital, specialized expertise, career development, and a network of peers who help one another get better.
Local enough to know you.
Strong enough to support you.
01
Decisions are made close to our customers and our people.
02
Our teams have access to the people, systems, expertise, equipment, and capital of the broader Granite Hills organization.
03
Different markets. Different customers. One expectation for how we serve, lead, and operate.
Our values
Our values aren't words for the wall. They're the expectations we hold ourselves and each other to every day.
We protect our teammates, customers, communities, and properties.
We bring preparation, craftsmanship, effort, and accountability to every job.
We notice what others miss, communicate early, and create value beyond the contract.
We follow through, address problems directly, and make things right.
We bring energy, solutions, and perspective when challenges arise.
We make the right decision even when the easier decision is available.
Our people
Landscaping may be what we do. People and relationships are how we do it.
From frontline team members and account managers to local leaders and customers, Granite Hills is built around people who care about the work, each other, and the relationships we create.
We work hard to create an environment where great people can take on more responsibility, develop new skills, build careers, lead teams, and help shape where Granite Hills goes next.
Where we work
Every Granite Hills market is led by people who live and work there, supported by the resources and expertise of the broader organization. We grow where we believe we can build great teams, serve customers exceptionally well, and create something that lasts.

Leadership
Granite Hills is led by operators, builders, and service professionals with different backgrounds and areas of expertise.
What unites us matters more.
We believe leaders serve their teams, stay close to the customer, own results, develop people, and leave the business better than they found it.
Our job isn't to run every decision from a corporate office. It's to put great people in positions to lead, give them the resources to succeed, and hold ourselves to a shared standard.
Growing together
Some of Granite Hills' biggest steps forward have come through partnerships with exceptional landscape companies and leaders who believed they could build something bigger as part of a team.
We're not interested in growth for growth's sake.
We look for great people, strong cultures, great customer relationships, and opportunities where both sides can become better together.
What's next
We want to build one of the most respected commercial landscape companies in the country.
Not simply because of our size, but because of the careers we create, the customers we serve, the leaders we develop, the partnerships we build, and the way we operate along the way.
There is a lot left to build.
And we wouldn't have it any other way.

Send us the site and the situation. A local branch leader — not a call center — will walk the property and put a real plan and number in front of you.
