Granite Hills entered the Upstate in 2021 by partnering with Sodfather, a local institution that spent more than 25 years setting the standard for commercial installation and maintenance in the Upstate. Today, the market is led locally by Ted Petoskey and Dennis Chambers, who serve commercial properties throughout Greenville, Spartanburg, and the surrounding region.
They own the customer relationships, operations, hiring, and reputation of the market. Behind them is the broader Granite Hills team, providing additional people, expertise, systems, equipment, capital, and support when needed.
