Granite Hills entered the Triad in 2023 by partnering with Scenic Vision, whose roots date back more than 15 years. The business began as Baxter Landscaping; Franklin Clapp acquired it from its owner, his former boss, and rebranded it as Scenic Vision. Today, the market is led locally by Franklin Clapp and an experienced team serving commercial properties throughout Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and the surrounding region.
Franklin and his team own the customer relationships, operations, hiring, and reputation of the market. Behind them is the broader Granite Hills team, providing additional people, expertise, systems, equipment, capital, and support when needed.
