Granite Hills entered the Triangle in 2021 through our partnership with GroundWorks, led by Derek Stutts. Since then, the market has grown significantly while staying rooted in the same local leadership and commitment to its customers.
Today, Derek leads our Triangle team serving commercial properties and communities throughout Raleigh, Durham, Cary, and the surrounding region. He and his team own the customer relationships, people, operations, and performance of the market, backed by the people, expertise, systems, equipment, and resources of Granite Hills Group.

Derek has led the Triangle team since Granite Hills entered the market in 2021. A shareholder and partner in Granite Hills Group, he leads the local team serving customers throughout Raleigh, Durham, Cary, and the surrounding region.
