The organization expanded into Greenville-Spartanburg through its partnership with Sodfather Landscaping, led by Kelly and Charles Reid.
Sodfather had already built an exceptional business, an outstanding reputation and a culture centered around its people, attention to detail, quality and integrity.
Kelly and Charles weren’t looking simply for an exit.
They wanted a long-term succession plan and a place where the people who helped build Sodfather could continue growing.
The partnership brought an outstanding group of people into the organization, including leaders such as Ted Petoskey and Dennis Chambers, and established the foundation for what would become Granite Hills’ Upstate operation.
