Granite Hills Group entered 2026 with a leadership transition built around continuity and the company’s next stage of growth.
Effective January 1, Justin Martin became Chief Executive Officer, while founder Chip Eleazer transitioned to Executive Chair.
Chip founded LandCare Innovations in 2011 and helped build the foundation that ultimately became Granite Hills Group.
Since Justin joined the company in 2020, the two have worked alongside one another as the organization expanded into new markets, welcomed new teams and developed the Granite Hills identity.
As Executive Chair, Chip remains engaged in the business, providing perspective, guidance and support while Justin leads Granite Hills through its next chapter.
The titles may have changed.
