Introducing Granite Hills Group

We didn’t start with a name and try to build a company around it.

We built together first.

After beginning our current journey in 2020 and expanding into Raleigh-Durham and the Upstate, we spent more than two years learning how to work together and figuring out who we wanted to become before putting a new name on the organization.

After plenty of ideas, outside help and names that never quite felt right, Justin Martin, Chip Eleazer and Kreamer Rooke landed on Granite Hills Group.

Granite represented strength, foundation and our North Carolina roots.

Hills represented the climbs, challenges and journey ahead.

Group reflected what we were building:

People, teams, customers, partners and shareholders working toward something bigger together.

Even the logo came from an unconventional path.

When the traditional process wasn’t producing something that felt like us, we opened the challenge through a design contest and ultimately selected a design from a college student.

It wasn’t manufactured in a boardroom.

It grew out of who we were becoming.
